• Kids Dental Clinic, LLC provides pediatric dental care services including but not limited to examinations, cleanings, preventive treatments, and restorative procedures.
• All dental services are subject to clinical assessment and may be modified or declined based on the professional judgment of our licensed dental providers.
• Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or dental advice. Always consult our clinical team for advice specific to your child's needs.

• Appointment requests submitted online are subject to confirmation by our scheduling team. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written or verbal confirmation from our office.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to practitioner availability, emergency situations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Please arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at our discretion.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without prior notification, may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Repeated no-shows may result in discharge from the practice.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior financial arrangements have been made.
• We accept most major dental insurance plans. It is the patient's (or guardian's) responsibility to provide accurate insurance information and to understand their plan benefits.
• Patients are responsible for any amounts not covered by their insurance, including co-payments, deductibles, and non-covered services.
• We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved healthcare financing options.
